    Session Description:

    From data file cleansing to streamlining vendor on-boarding, supplier portals are gaining traction. This session will look at several different approaches to building out a supplier portal, from a “do-it-yourself” model to a variety of third party solutions.  The panelists, representing different industries and company sizes, will discuss the reasons why they turned to a supplier portal, along with selection and implementation processes.  They will also focus on how the system has been acceptance internally across departments, and across their vendor population.  The session will include ample time to ask questions and learn from the experts on the panel the benefits or issues involved with the process.
