San Jose, CA, August 2, 2016 – Lavante Announces Multi-Media Series on the Procure-to-Pay Industry

Lavante salutes the upcoming 2016 Rio Olympics and the P2P Industry with their multi-media educational series, “Going for P2P Gold”

San Jose, CA, August 2, 2016 – Lavante Inc., the leading provider of cloud-based Supplier Information Management (SIM) for Fortune 1000 companies, announced today plans to deliver a multi-media educational series based on the results of their 2016 Procure-to-Pay (P2P) industry survey conducted over the last month.

In anticipation of the upcoming Olympic games Lavante is presenting their survey results in a “Going for P2P Gold” theme.  The survey results concluded that in their own field, P2P professionals demonstrate the same discipline and work ethic as world class athletes.  With the summer Olympic games set as the ideal backdrop, the Lavante series will shine a light on the competitive nature of the P2P industry as well as the importance of setting strong goals and overcoming major obstacles.

The program material will heavily leverage the survey results from Lavante’s month long effort communicating with industry leaders on their P2P processes, their key obstacles, their KPI’s and their outlook on the future.   In total, Lavante surveyed 128 P2P champions spanning 13 different industries, with over half representing Fortune 1000 companies.   The population of participants contained a balance of managers, supervisors, directors, sr. directors, VP’s and C-level personnel.

To add further insights and perspective, the Lavante material will draw on additional related research from 2015 and 2016 featuring reports and analysis from attributed sources including large consulting companies and other P2P service providers.  Guest contributions will come from P2P Industry expert and lead consultant at Lavante, Josh Morrison as well as Receivable Savvy Founder and Managing Director, Ernie Martin.
